SingleStat with STRING Column - ElasticSearch Data Source

Hi folks,

I have a Data Source which is mapped to an ElasticSearch Search index set "data_*"
There is a column which contains a field “Server” and it contains values of datatype STRING.
Typically, it will have values like “Server1”, “Server2”, etc.

I want to show the latest value of that field in a singlestat in my dashboards.

Please suggest how can I achieve that.
