Snapshots created by API are shifted by time which they are viewed

Hi,
iam creating daily snapshots by Grafana API. Works well so far, snapshots are in the time-range from 7am to 22pm. So it shows the last 15hours.
If i open a snapshot, lets say at 11:07am. The range is from 11:07 minus 15 hours.
Why is that? Do i need to change a certain value in json?

Heres a solution for everyone who has the same problem:

unfortunately i dont get it running. Hopefully someone has an easier way to solve that. Otherwise i dont see the advantage of taking snapshots by API.
