Strange Error Fetching Data

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    9.0.2 on k8s

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    Add more than 2 querys in one Panel

  • What happened?
    We have been using Grafana for some time now to monitor a few things. So far without problems. But recently Grafana seems to be able to handle only 2 queries per panel. If I add a third query, Grafana first takes a long time and then aborts with a query error.
    However, I can understand that the query fits if I simply enter it first in the panel. Then the desired data is displayed without any problems.

  • What did you expect to happen?
    That all queries are processed in one panel without outputting errors

  • Can you copy/paste the configuration(s) that you are having problems with?

It also doesn’t matter what data I access in InfluxDB. I have the error with every panel and every dashboard I create.

    No. I don’t know where to look

try rolling back to 8.x version or spin up a secondary grafana instance in 8.x and see what happens.

Seems to occur with 8.5.5 as well.

At first the query ran without problems (no matter how many queries I put in a panel), now (after 2 hours) only parts of the panel are displayed again. Currently still 3, but as soon as I add a fourth query I get the same problem again.
