I’m trying to create alerts in Synthetic monitoring that can take labels from the Synthetic monitoring check (New Check → Advanced → Labels). I am aware that user defined labels can be access with label_ prefix but in Synthetic Monitoring → Alert → Labels, i cannot pull the value of the labels i have defined. Any help in this regard would be appreciated!

Yes, the resolution was to go to alerts section, and then find the Synthetic monitoring alert that you’re trying to add the label to and write a custom alert. I had to engage Grafana support for this and had a couple of back and forths with the team to understand how this can be done.
