When I updated from 9.3 to 9.3.2, My teams alerts started repeating every couple of minutes (worked properly before)
When checking out why that was happening, I noticed when I send a TEST alert in the contact points UI, it fails. But the messages are showing up just fine in teams!

Hi! I think the issue is unrelated to 9.3.2.
Microsoft Teams are doing some kind of deployment where the response for sending messages has changed (Unexpected response when posting data to Microsoft Teams webhook URL · Issue #7830 · MicrosoftDocs/msteams-docs · GitHub). It will be changed back, and when it does Teams messages will start working again, but Microsoft don’t seem to have an ETA for that. I think we should be able to get a fix in Grafana so it supports both.

We look forward to a fix either way because this essentially breaks Alerting for us, as every alert repeats over and over (boy crying wolf effect).
