Template variables and hover tool tip

Hi,

just wanted to ask, if there is any possibility to move the template variable dropdown menu from the top of the dashboard to the top of a row and to make template variables modify only a selection of rows?

Second thing is if there is a way to edit the hover tooltip?

If not is there any chance to make that possible in the near future?

No this is not possible, not likely that we will do this either

I also want to move variable dropdown to the top of a row. Is it not possible till now right?
