Templating: All, Multiple Hosts vs Hide: Label, Variable

Hi,

----Environment—
Prometheus: 2.4.3
Grafana: 5.3.2
OS: RHEL 7.5

----What I want to achieve----

  1. To create a dynamic Dashboard where I can use: {alias="$node"} for a specific metric like node_load1 and to have All hosts under All or to select 3,4,5 hosts for that specific graph representing that metric.
    I understood that I can have this using from: Settings > Variables Edit > Selection Options > Multi-value, Include All option.

Is there a way to hide the Label, Variable in Dashboard but to benefit of All option that covers all hosts?
Settings > Variables Edit > General > Hide: Label, Variable ?
