Hello looking for some help …
I upgraded to Grafana 9 and all my alert emails look garbled all on one line. They are grouped weird, and has seriously eroded our productivity.
This was something that made me love Grafana and now I am seriously thinking of yanking it out altogether.
To make matters worse, I can’t figure out this new alerting section in UI. It is extremely over-complicated.
We used to get emails, per alert, with the graph inside the alert. The email would say which specific target had an issue. It would say the threshold and the value we are exceeding. We could respond quickly and now it is chaos.
Any help or point in the right direction would be appreciated.
