I am using latest Grafana , is there a way in which the user can interact with the dashboard and can tag the graph data with some value and that gets reflected in my data source ?
No that is not possible with most of the data sources in Grafana, Time series databases seldom allow you to modify or add meta data to data points.
Is there any way in which I can put user input inside Datasource using the Grafana !

User input? We are working on making it possible to save annotations in grafana’s own interna data database, will be available in next release:
