Utilizing server queries

Hi,

in Grafana - is there a way to run one query from my data source, and utilize it’s specific data in multiple panels ? and then decrease multiple calls to the server ?
I am talking about caching the data and then use it in different panels, e.g. : get all 5000 employees, and one panel will show bar chart from this data, other will show graph, but only one query will be out…
PowerBI has this capability …

So, i have created an “ALL data” panel, and i want to create a different panel with some fields filtering, how do i use Variables in the filter ?
Or how can i “filter” more this ALL data panel ?
