I have a zabbix server monitoring windows servers and grafana for sweet dashboards
I want a grafana panel that displays status of important windows services in a nice list form
Is this possible ?

As you can see on the screenshots of the link I referenced there are tables showing data. That is accomplished using the Grafana table panel.
As long as you can get the data about windows services that you want to visualize from Zabbix you should be able to visualize it in Grafana. I’m no expert in Zabbix so can’t help you with the query part, but you should be able to edit an existing panel from the Zabbix app in Grafana and get some inspiration.
