Alerts via email with variables

Hi there community,

Is there any way to put the name of the variables that are firing the alert in the email? In my current conf, a screenshot of the alert is send, but I would like to put which device has fired the alert to have a more concise information about the alert.

For instance, in this image would be perfect to add the name of the device which has triggered the alert.
