The list is displayed according to the critical value I set in the alertlist. I want to count this in the stat panel. The alertlist is not stored in the datasource I am using. How do I set it up when registering a query in the stat panel?

this is something that a lot of people are asking for–a panel that will give general stats about alerting. This is in the works, but for now I think you could use a JSON datasource plugin like this and hit Grafana’s alerting endpoint:
