Custom Dashboard for Grafana Enterprise 6.7 with Prometheus datasource

Hello ,
I need help in creating a custom Dashboard in grafana enterprise with Prometheus datasource. Please find the attached use case.
Use case : The servers on the right column and metrics on the right column. The server with error or issue should be Red color and send out an Email Alert. The clients are Linux ( Cent os 7) and windows servers.
Any related code to install the Dashboard would be great.

What have you tried so far? Can you show your dashboard and query in Grafana?
