[dashboard] how to re-arrange rows

Hello,

I did not find how to move rows to re-arrange my dashboards.
It was easy in the previous versions, maybe no more possible right now?

Hi,

Collapse the row and you see icon to the right where you can drag/move the row.

I know how I didn’t see it. I’m going to file a bug: The ‘row Icon’ is not near faint enough’ . Let’s make it totally invisible!
