Data Link doesn't appear on Graph panel when X-Axis mode = 'Series'

Hi,
I’m trying to add ‘Data Link’ to my Graph panel but it doesn’t appear on it.
When I represent the data with X-Axis mode = ‘Time’, then I can see Data Link when clicking on some data point.

However there is no any links when X-Axis mode = ‘Series’:

Can someone please help me with this? Am I setting up something wrong or is this bug or limitation of this functionality?
