With the official docker image, I have seen a number of environment variables mentioned that I cannot find any documentation for.
One example is GF_AUTH_GENERIC_OAUTH_NAME .
I would like to be able to control the team id and allowed organisations fields that are mentioned here.
I have searched through the entire grafana codebase, but I do not see where these variables are created.

These variables equate to Grafana config settings. There is a passage on the config page that talks about how these are programmatically generated, and how you can determine them on your own.
