Dual axis for bar chart?

Greetings

Is it possible to do dual axis for bar chart to show some trendline? I have configured two overrides but does not show the second axis.

Sample data

metric,value,trend
A,1,2.5
B,3,2.5
C,2,2.5
D,4,2.5
E,3,2.5

had kind of same issue, i would display forecast on top of other line.
i could get it through time series panel.
