Grafana 7 reached EOL after Grafana 9 was released?

From these topics, I wonder Grafana 7.x series might be EOL.
I want to know wheather Grafana 7.x is EOL and no more security patch will be released.

EOL of 7.x series will also mean EOL of “Apache 2.0 Grafana”.
I think this is important topic.
