Are you still experiencing this? Is the behavior reproducible?

Same for me

Grafana 8.12 on Ubuntu
Tried with Firefox for Android and Samsung Internet browser

Also rows that are collapsed do not load after being expanded. Just a big empty space there.

It appears panels that are in offscreen rows do not consistently load when scrolled to.

@mattabrams This is becoming a bit of an issue for us. Can you suggest a way we might try and figure out whats going on?

Hi @mallan,

sorry to hear you’re still blocked on this. Can I have your input: how closely does this issue describe your situation?

Matt

It appears to be the same issue. From a device perspective, for us this issue is mobile only (Android/iOS) and Chrome. We have not extensively tested other browsers.

My original post suggested that it might be a row based problem. I removed all rows from the dashboard this morning and left just the 27 panels. The problem still occurs.

I would hop on that GH thread and try to provide the team with a reliable way to reproduce your issue. that’s the best way to get :eyes: on this

@mattabrams - the GH issue is closed. Do I raise a new issue and reproduce the content I have put up here?

yes, and link to the old one. Ideally, provide a quick and reliable way for the teams to test this :+1:
