Grafana Alert Emails for Misc Issues

Hi, May I know on which panel we could get emails for the bulk of servers for following issues:

  1. Server is rebooted
  2. Server went to bad state(RAM 100% usage)
  3. Disk, CPU usage to its maximum potential.
