Grafana service paused. Can not start the service

I can not make it start the grafana service after editing the custom.ini.

What are the exact installation steps that you are taking?

Also please share the steps you take until you get the error. I will use this information to try to reproduce the error from my side. You can follow this template:

  • What did you expect to happen?
