Welcome to the 
community support forums !!
There is no official plugin for Solarwinds. I also checked the Solarwinds website and forum and there also seems to be not much except a WIP REST-API (which seems to be posted when Grafana ver. 6.0 was available).
Best suggestion would be to ask Solarwinds support as they may have some new information about it.
