Graphs with two metics always shows one metric as negative

Hi,

I am new to Grafana but it has been working fine for me. One thing that has been bothering me is that any graph that has multiple metrics (say disks reads and writes) will display one of those metrics as a negative number. The numbers on both metrics look accurate, just that one is always negative.

Any insight on if there is a setting that I perhaps am overlooking so both metrics could show up as positive?

That sounds strange. Can you provide more information:

  • which datasource
  • the query
  • a screenshot of the result with the negative number
  • any settings that you have changed from the defaults
