Horizontal panel scroll bar mixed with dashboard's scroll bar

Hi,

When i put the panel that has horizontal scrolling bar at the bottom of the dashboard, it is mixed with the dashboard scroll bar which makes it difficult to scroll the panel

Sorry the image is small, but it can be reproduced easily
