As the original post is almost 2 years old. So the user may (or may not) be active.
For your question, It should be possible to use the Transformation function.
For e.g. “Grouping to Matrix” or something similar e.g. “Group By”. You need to play around to get the desired data.
If not then maybe provide the sample data here so that the community members can have a look into it.
Did you ever find a way to accomplish this? Neither of the recommended transformations appeared to be relevant to me, and I’m still looking for a solution to the same question you posted. Thanks

Maybe you can leverage dynamic [text] plugin (Dynamic Text plugin for Grafana | Grafana Labs) with some html to get what you want?
