I’m trying to follow webinar on monitoring Raspberry Pi with Grafana Cloud, but I’m not getting the Integrations option:

Hi @huemac - can you confirm you’re logged into your Cloud account? If so, can you open a support ticket by going to grafana.com and clicking ‘My Account’ and then open a support ticket? We’ll help you out from there.
I had this problem. At Grafana Cloud > Billing > Manage Subscription I found that I was not on any current billing plan. So I switched to the Cloud Free plan (by starting the free Cloud Pro trial and canceling it), and that fixed everything for me.
