Mysql db connection error

Hi. I’m trying grafana standard trial service(***.grafana.net).

I want to connect grafana server(?) with my local db(mysql) and aws ec2 cloud db(mysql). But db connection denied for both.

  • local: i think I have to write my public ip addr. on Host blank. Is it right? If it’s right, why is the error occurring?

dial tcp [ip-add]:3306: connect: connection timed out

  • aws: I set the inbound, outbound port(3000). why is this error occuring?

Did you find time to inspect the Grafana server log for details? What did it say? Are you willing/able to post the pertinent contents here? If so, please do. That would help.
