this is a bug for the new render image. i don’t says if this bug is present with the old render.
For the plugin table panel, it’s possible to specify a different period user in the dashboard with the relative time parameter. but when i click to Direct link rendered image, it s the “from” “to” period who is selected and not the relative time.
