Not the right decimal notation in the exported CSV file

Hello, I am trying to export data from the Graph Panel. However, where choosing Unit->Misc->Locale Format shows me the right decimal notation format for european users (using comma instead of a dot), the exported CSV file uses a dot instead, even though I’m using a french version of Windows and using Chrome Browser with its locale config set to fr-FR when it comes to language.

Is it possible to have the data exported with the appropriate decimal notation or not?

Just in case anyone will have the same problem: It wasn’t a Grafana but a Excel problem for me, i had to change the separating delimeter from . to ,
