Per Grafana Cloud | Observability platform overview, purchasing a Hosted Grafana plan with Basic Support enables LDAP authorization. I have purchased the plan, but I cannot find any apparent way to configure LDAP.
I have successfully set up LDAP on our local Grafana instance, so I can roll this out as soon as someone tells me where I can set the configuration parameters as I did in the ldap.toml file in my local instance.
Do we have to do this through GrafanaCloud support? How long do they typically take to respond? We are working under a deadline and I need to know if the advertised functionality actually exists or if I need to stand up a Grafana instance on AWS myself.
