Relative refresh rate issue with Grafana panel

I am using Grafana 7.3 opensource & InfluxDB as datasource.

I have a dashboard with multiple panels.The panels show no data if I select ‘Last 12 hours’ or less for ‘5s’ refresh rate. Only when I select ‘Last 24 hours’, the panels shows data. I have selected local timezone as ‘Asia/Kolkata’ in Grafana dashboard settings, as all data coming to InfluxDB is having timestamp of local time zone.

What could be the issue?

Can you check that timestamps from the datasource are matching in the explore UI.

The timestamps are matching in both the influxdb & the grafana dashboard. Is this a bug?
