Is there a way to make it so that the bars don’t scale/fill the panel?

I don’t think so. What is the use case for having so much empty space inside a panel?
The query filters out things that are below 50%. I don’t necessarily want that much free space, I just don’t like how it looks when there are very few times on the list.
I may use a Bar Chart instead (I didn’t know that option existed until after posting this).
