Time_series y-axis spaces changes when another max. value is set

When i change max. value from y-axis from 40 to 30, i have suddenly between the values 0,5,10,15,20 … additional values … it looks then like 1,3,5,8,10,12,15,18,20 …
Wehre can i change/set the spaces between the values ?
