Update & Refresh Dashboard Definition With API (not only values)

Hello,

When we update the grafana dashboard with the API the dashboard is updated but not refreshed.
The new dashboard shows only after we do a manually refresh.
Is there any API that could also refresh the dashboard definition?

hello, Is it resolved? I found the same problem of not refreshing in the v8.4.6 version, but this will be automatically refreshed on 9.1.0-beat. Is this a version issue?
