I cannot reach the following destinations from Grafana data source configuration.

https://dss.trenitalia.it:64055
do you have any suggestion?

It’s hard to troubleshoot an error that is “Unknown” 
Can you try and get the real error either from the Chrome Dev tools or from the Grafana Server logs.

You are right! As you mentioned obove, this is the problem!
Anyway I’m going to ask to verify the network connection to these urls.
the urls are on the Hana XSA Server where these two apps have been deployed.
I don’t know the reason why I can’t reach these urls from my remote workstation.
My opinion is I don’t have access to the ports.
Anyway, we will see.

Do you have access to the Grafana Server logs? Can you check if there is an error there? As you said, it is probably a firewall or port problem.
yes I read the log but there is no info there about this error. In my opinion I need to access these ports on the remote server. Anyway I will keep you updated…
