For community version, dashboard folder permissions are supported and “Viewer” can edit the dashboards in a folder if the permission is given.
When will the similar permissions for alert be supported?

@yongd per this github issue it seems like alert permissions are to be added as part of fine-grained access control which is an Enterprise licensed feature.
