Dynamically changing background for Clock Plugin?

I’m, using Grafana v 7.5.6

Is it possible to use Clock plugin or any other to dynamically change background color of clocks?
What I want:
Let’s say from 8 am to 5 pm background of clock is red, but from 6 pm to 7 am is green (this is main idea)
While Clock plugin itself is fine to use, I need to emphasize times of deploy\maintenance is not available. Time provided above is an example.

Could someone advise a way to do this with Clock plugin or any other plugin?

I don’t know if you can dynamically set the clock panel background. This would be a great feature request:
