Mute timings not on public holidays

Hi all,

Sorry if this has already been posted before, couldn’t find any real information if this was possible.

We’d like to know if it’s possible to configure Grafana alerts to fire on certain days such as public holidays? We’ve got several mute timings for example Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:00 where alerts don’t fire for certain contacts but we’d like them to fire on public holidays. Is there an easy way to accomplish this?

So you mute alerts on working days and hours? But you want to unmute them on holidays?

Without having to create a ton of mute timings yes.

You might want to look into auto provisioning these instead of manual creation if that is what you are doing
