I have created a dashboardin Main Org. and I want to share it with homeuser organisation. is it possible ?
Right now user requries to switch to main org to view dashbaord and the user is just viewer permission.

No, you can’t share across orgs. You have to export and re-import it if you want it visible in both. You may want to look at using folders instead of orgs for separation of dashboards and permissions.

Export and import wont work for another organization unless the data source being used in the dashboard of previous organization is present in the later one.
